A powerhouse in the music industry for over 25 years, Gousse got his start as an A&R Executive at Irving Azoff's Giant records in the early '90s. Gousse has gone out to hold various high level positions with East/West Records, MCA Music Publishing, Epic/Sony Records, Music World Entertainment, & Island Def Jam/Universal. In 2014, he co-founded Artistry Worldwide Management as the "next generation" entertainment company.  The Los Angeles based business man is best known for producing three of Beyonce's biggest albums, I am...Sasha Fierce, B'Day and The Dreamgirls soundtrack. He has also produced hit projects with Solange, Kelly Rowland, Michele Williams, Ron Isley, YG, B2k & Tydolla$ign.  With well over a decade of experience in the business, Gousse has blazed a trail of success stories that makes him a sought after "advisor to the stars" and a board member of several fledgling music tech companies. 

FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Adeja has over 10 years experience in the entertainment industry as a host/personality, manager, consultant and agent. Starting her career at KJLH 102.3 owned by Stevie Wonder, she got her first shot in radio and marketing. From there, she moved on to Radio-One’s V100 owned by Cathy Hughes, before moving on to become a coveted marketer and Brand Manager, working with various global luxury brands across varying industries including Louis Vuitton-Moet-Hennessy, Mercedes-Benz and Tiffany & Co. In 2012 she co-founded The Signature Group where the company helped break and establish several Hip Hop/R&B acts such as French Montana and Rich The Kid. She joined forces with Artistry Group, LLC in 2019 and has taken the role or President of Artistry Booking Inc.
